本文报告了使用环氧乙烷混合气体消毒柜对铝合金片、聚乙烯塑料片、黑橡胶片、玻璃片、滤纸片等为载体的枯黑杆菌芽胞污染片的杀菌效果。定性试验在54℃、RH60%±、4小时EO浓度200mg/1全部杀灭滤纸片上枯黑芽胞,较塑料袋消毒法为佳,但同样条件下,提高EO浓度到400~800mg/1,其余4种载体制备的菌片达不到阴性结果,其消毒难易顺序为:铝合金片、聚乙烯片、黑橡胶片、玻璃片。在此基础上,对四种较难消毒的载体做了定量试验,54℃、RH60%±、4小时、400mg/l、杀灭率分别为:铝合金片99.736%、聚乙烯片99.982%、黑橡胶片99.972%、玻璃片99.999%,与定性结果规律一致。本文根据试验结果分析了不同载体在环氧乙烷混合气体消毒柜消毒时杀菌悬殊的原因,并提出评价EO消毒效果指标以铝合金片(或铝片)作染菌载体为宜。

It is appropriate to use aluminum alloy sheet (or aluminum sheet) as the carrier for evaluating the disinfection effect of EO disinfection.
