In this paper, we propose a new method of designing an effective full self-checking (TSC) checkout for m-code in n. The method is based on dividing the input code variables into arbitrary r classes. This paper identifies the necessary design conditions that must be maintained in m, n, and r. Calibration ■ Basically consists of m / n to 1/2 sub-checks connected to ½ to ½ sub-check ■. The cost analysis conducted shows that the most economical calibration for r values of 3 or 4 is obtained for m / n code for n ≤ 4m. Compared with some earlier designs, there has been a big improvement in logic complexity and test complexity.
