扁桃体周围脓肿是耳鼻咽喉科急诊之一 ,常发生于单侧 ,双侧者临床少见。 1 989年 6月～ 1 999年1 0月 ,我科收治 7例双侧扁桃体周围脓肿患者。现报告如下。1　资料与方法1 .1 　 临床资料本组 7例均为男性 ,年龄 2 5～ 65岁。其中 5例有急性扁桃体炎反复发作史 3～ 8年 ,每年平 Peritonsillar abscess is one of otolaryngology emergency, often occurs in unilateral, bilateral clinical rare.
