目的探讨香烟烟雾对雄性大鼠精浆果糖、锌的影响。方法雄性大鼠30只,按体重随机分为吸烟组、戒烟组、正常对照组。果糖采用紫外法检测;锌采用比色法检测。数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果吸烟组、戒烟组精浆果糖含量均较对照组下降,与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟组、戒烟组精浆锌含量均较对照组下降,吸烟组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);戒烟组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论香烟烟雾可导致雄性大鼠精浆果糖、锌含量降低。
Objective To investigate the effects of cigarette smoke on fructose and zinc in male rats’ seminal plasma. Methods Thirty male rats were randomly divided into smoking group, smoking cessation group and normal control group according to body weight. Fructose detection by UV method; zinc colorimetric detection. Data using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The levels of fructose in smoking group and smoking cessation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of zinc in smoking group and smoking cessation group were lower than those in control group There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between smoking cessation group and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Cigarette smoke can cause fructose and zinc in the male rats to decrease.
