随钻仪器在工作时向地面进行信号传输所采用的方式有许多种,目前大部分已经不能满足井下大量数据传输的要求。本文介绍一种适用于随钻仪器高速数据传输的方法,它利用钻杆接头处线圈间的电磁感应耦合原理实现信号的非接触式传输。经过大量实验及应用效果表明,该技术以能够实现随钻仪器数据的高速双向传输。
There are many ways that the instrument used for signal transmission to the ground while working, most of which can not meet the requirement of massive underground data transmission at present. This paper presents a method suitable for high speed data transfer while drilling instruments. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction coupling between the coils at the pipe joint to realize the non-contact transmission of signals. After a large number of experiments and application results show that the technology to achieve high-speed two-way transmission of data while drilling instrument.
