医疗卫生事业关系广大人民群众的切身利益,关系经济社会协调发展,关系国家和民族的未来。10月23日,中共中央政治局以医疗卫生体制改革为内容的第35次集体学习,为下一步医改指明了方向:即政府主导,建设覆盖城乡居民的基本卫生保健制度。在提供基本医疗保障的前提下,让百姓在各种档次的医疗上有多种选择,应该是我国医疗卫生体制改革最根本的目标。
The medical and health undertakings are of vital interest to the broad masses of the people, have a bearing on the coordinated economic and social development and have a bearing on the future of the country and the nation. On October 23, the 35th collective study conducted by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee with the reform of the medical and health system pointed the direction for the next medical reform: the government-led building of a basic health care system covering both urban and rural residents. Under the premise of providing basic medical insurance, letting people have various choices in medical treatment of various grades should be the most fundamental goal of the medical and health system reform in our country.
