在高中教育得到普及、高等教育进入大众化阶段的上海,现有中等职业教育培养目标与地区劳动力市场的实际需要已不相适应。对此本文提出,上海中等职业教育应该把发展基础职业教育作为新的定位,在培养合格的基层劳动者的同时,向高等职业院校输送合格生源。在此过程中,必须着力培养学生的职业道德和基础职业能力,同时构建合理的中、高等职业教育相衔接的体制与机制。
In Shanghai, where high school education has been popularized and higher education has entered the stage of popularization, the current secondary vocational education training objective has not met the actual needs of the regional labor market. In this regard, this paper proposes that Shanghai secondary vocational education should take the development of basic vocational education as a new orientation, while cultivating qualified grassroots workers, while delivering qualified students to higher vocational colleges. In this process, we must focus on cultivating students’ professional ethics and basic vocational skills while establishing a reasonable system and mechanism for connecting higher vocational education with higher vocational education.
