为提高施工企业的技术素质和管理水平,促进企业进行技术积累和技术跟踪,调动广大职工研究开发和推广应用施工新技术的积极性,逐步形成使科技成果迅速转化为生产力的施工技术管理新机制,1988年新组建的建设部施工管理司就酝酿提出要在全国施工企业中逐步建立工法管理制度。这是当前我国施工企业学习鲁布革工程管理经验的一项重要内容,是推广项目法施工相配套的产物。两年多来,我们主要进行了以下几个方面的工作。
In order to improve the technical quality and management level of construction companies, encourage enterprises to carry out technology accumulation and technology tracking, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in research, development, promotion and application of new construction technologies, and gradually form a new construction technology management mechanism that will rapidly convert scientific and technological achievements into productive forces. In 1988, the newly established Construction Management Department of the Ministry of Construction proposed to gradually establish a construction law management system among construction companies throughout the country. This is an important part of China’s current construction companies studying Lubuge project management experience, and is a product of the promotion of project law construction. For more than two years, we have mainly conducted the following work.
