我国对食品及其包装材料早已有法律法规和相应的卫生标准,其中有二个:一是《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》,二是《食品用塑料制品及原材料管理办法》。《食品卫生法》是国务院颁布的,而《管理办法》是卫生部颁布的。这二个都是强制性的法律,违反它的规定就要负法律责任。食品卫生法规的内容比管理办法要宽广得多,是综合性的
China has laws and regulations and corresponding health standards on food and packaging materials. There are two of them: one is the Food Sanitation Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the other is the Measures for the Administration of Plastic Products and Raw Materials for Food. The Food Sanitation Law is promulgated by the State Council and the Administrative Measures are promulgated by the Ministry of Health.
