目的了解医疗机构紫外线灯使用情况,提高医疗机构消毒工作质量,减少浪费。方法于2006年3月至2008年10月对牡丹江市直属20家医疗单位进行了紫外线灯强度监测,检测方法及结果判定按《消毒技术规范》第四版(2003年执行)中进行。结果监测发现,紫外线强度决定着消毒效果,紫外线灯的照度由线路电压,电流影响很大。更换新的线路,增加电路负荷能力,可以减少更换灯管造成不必要的浪费。结论紫外线灯的强度测定很重要,发现问题要及时解决,才能使消毒达到效果。
Objective To understand the use of ultraviolet light in medical institutions, to improve the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions and reduce waste. Methods The intensity of UV lamp was monitored in 20 medical units directly under Mudanjiang City from March 2006 to October 2008. The testing methods and results were determined according to the fourth edition of “Disinfection Technical Specification” (implemented in 2003). The results of monitoring found that the UV intensity determines the disinfection effect, UV light illumination by the line voltage, current a great influence. Replacement of new lines, increase circuit load capacity, can reduce the unnecessary waste of lamp replacement. Conclusion UV intensity measurement is very important and found that the problem should be solved in time to achieve the desired effect of disinfection.
