目前中药的临床实际用量有日渐偏大的趋势,中药的实际用量与权威剂量规定的矛盾日渐突出。从《神农本草经》到历代本草有关中药剂量的记载及目前中药临床应用剂量现状等方面进行分析,提出采用“四层面、五阶段、螺旋提升”的研究模式构建中药临床合理剂量的科学方法体系的初步构想。
