目的:研究分析将“稳增长、调结构、转方式”策略应用于医院建设管理后的效果,为医院建设管理提供新的思路。方法:比较2010年与2014年资源性评价要素(床位数、门诊人次、出院人数、手术例数、中药饮片使用量、专业设备总值、业务收入)和内涵性评价要素(重点专科数量、科研课题数量、科研成果数量、开展新技术数量、发表论文数量、高层次人才数量、患者满意度)的变化情况。结果:医院规模逐步扩大,人员总数相应增加;人才结构和层次趋于合理,重点专科建设得到重视;临床必需的医疗装备得到添置,新技术不断引进开展;科研管理得到加强,在研课题数、科研成果数明显增加;医疗技术水平不断提高,医疗服务持续改进;工作效率和经济效益明显增长;病人和社会满意度显著提高。结论:“稳增长、调结构、转方式”应用于中医医院的建设管理,三者有机统一,相互依存,能够有效促进医院健康、快速、可持续发展。 OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the effect of applying “steady growth, adjusting structure and turning mode” to hospital construction management to provide new ideas for hospital construction and management.
