目的:研究分析将“稳增长、调结构、转方式”策略应用于医院建设管理后的效果,为医院建设管理提供新的思路。方法:比较2010年与2014年资源性评价要素(床位数、门诊人次、出院人数、手术例数、中药饮片使用量、专业设备总值、业务收入)和内涵性评价要素(重点专科数量、科研课题数量、科研成果数量、开展新技术数量、发表论文数量、高层次人才数量、患者满意度)的变化情况。结果:医院规模逐步扩大,人员总数相应增加;人才结构和层次趋于合理,重点专科建设得到重视;临床必需的医疗装备得到添置,新技术不断引进开展;科研管理得到加强,在研课题数、科研成果数明显增加;医疗技术水平不断提高,医疗服务持续改进;工作效率和经济效益明显增长;病人和社会满意度显著提高。结论:“稳增长、调结构、转方式”应用于中医医院的建设管理,三者有机统一,相互依存,能够有效促进医院健康、快速、可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the effect of applying “steady growth, adjusting structure and turning mode” to hospital construction management to provide new ideas for hospital construction and management. Methods: To compare the factors of resource evaluation such as the number of beds, outpatients, the number of discharged patients, the number of cases of operation, the amount of Chinese Herbal Tablets, the total value of professional equipment and business income in 2010 and 2014 and the content of internal evaluation (the number of key specialties, The number of subjects, the number of scientific research achievements, the number of new technologies carried out, the number of papers published, the number of high-level personnel, patient satisfaction) changes. Results: The hospital scale gradually expanded, the total number of staff increased correspondingly; the structure and level of personnel tended to be reasonable; the construction of key specialties was taken seriously; the clinically necessary medical equipment was acquired and new technologies were introduced continuously; the scientific research management was strengthened; The number of scientific research achievements increased significantly; the level of medical technology continuously improved; the medical service continued to improve; the work efficiency and economic benefit increased significantly; the patients and social satisfaction increased significantly. Conclusion: “Steady growth, adjusting the structure, changing mode” should be applied to the construction and management of Chinese medicine hospitals. The three are organically unified and interdependent, which can effectively promote the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of the hospital.
