报道了在In2O3材料中分别掺杂一定比例的Pd,Fe2O3,SnO2,CaO和MgO材料后敏感材料的气敏特性.实验结果表明,掺杂及烧结温度对In2O3材料的气敏特性有较大的影响.
The gas sensing properties of sensitive materials after doping a certain proportion of In2O3 with Pd, Fe2O3, SnO2, CaO and MgO were reported. The experimental results show that the doping and sintering temperature have a great influence on the gas sensing properties of In2O3.
