目的研究并分析不同健康教育模式下糖尿病患者的自我管理水平.方法2015年1月~10月,选取我科收治的240例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机将其分组,就短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育组(观察组)与传统分次糖尿病健康教育组(对照组)对糖尿病患者自我管理水平展开对比研究.结果所有患者自我管理水平与糖尿病知识掌握水平均有显著提升,且观察组自我管理水平合格率与糖尿病知识掌握合格率均高于对照组(<0.05).结论短期集中强化糖尿病健康教育能有效提高糖尿病患者自我管理水平.“,”Objective To study and analyze the self-management level of diabetic patients with different health education models.Methods From January 2015 to January 2014,240 patients with diabetes were selected as the research object,according to the order of admission randomly divided into groups,the short-term focus on strengthening the diabetes health education group(observation group)and the traditional education group(the control group)to study the self management of diabetes patients.Results The qualified rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The short-term focus on strengthening the diabetes health education can effectively improve the self-management level of patients with diabetes.
