在中煤装备产业园区地基处理过程中,面对大面积超深杂填土的地质环境,为了节省工期而决定采用较大冲击能的强夯处理地基。论文描述了8000kN.m强夯正式施工前的试验过程,通过试验确定各项施工参数,指导大面积施工,保证地基处理质量合格,符合下一步土建施工的承载要求。试验选取了1000m2待处理区域布置夯点,拟定夯击遍数、单击次数、间隔时间以及质量控制指标。强夯试验结束后,对处理过的地基进行检测。在检测合格基础上,对试验数据详细分析,并根据园区实际状况对拟定参数适当修正,最终确定了正式施工的各项参数。
In the process of foundation treatment of China Coal Equipment Industrial Park, faced with the geological environment of large-area ultra-deep miscellaneous fill, in order to save the construction period, it was decided to use the strong impacting rammer to treat the foundation. The paper describes the test process before the formal construction of 8000kN.m dynamic compaction, confirms various construction parameters through experiments, guides large-area construction, ensures the quality of foundation treatment and meets the bearing requirements of the next civil construction.
