在西安市大明宫国家遗址公园大南门内,每天早晨八九点钟和晚上七八点钟,总有一群男女,三五人一组,六七人一帮,分头踢着多彩的毽子和跳着五色的花绳。舞动的人们神态各异、姿势繁多,一招一式是那样的连贯、洒脱、自如,虽然人人脸上都冒着热汗,但个个面带微笑、容光焕发。经人指引,我们找出绳毽队的姜文洪队长,他擦了擦额头的汗,兴致勃勃接受了我们的采访。男女老少一起玩姜文洪队长介绍,毽球和花绳运动其实就是老百姓说的踢毽子和跳绳,它起源于汉代,兴盛于唐宋,至今已有两千多年的历史了,长安自古就是这项运动发展的圣地。大明宫绳毽队成立有三年多了,姜文洪原来与几位队友是羽毛球爱好者,可遇到刮风下雨羽毛球就打不成了,加上受场地所限,他们逐渐喜欢上了简单易行、成本低廉的毽球运
