一、概述齿轮的传动比为两齿轮齿数的反比。若模数不变,则齿轮尺寸的大小取决于齿数的多少。因此,齿轮减速器传动比的分配就直接影响到减速器的重量,轮廓尺寸,齿轮材料的选择,轮齿的润滑以及整个机器的外形等等。而齿轮减速器又几乎是—般现代机器所不可缺少的主要组成部分,故对其传动比分配的研究就显得十分重要了。对于一般传递动力的齿轮减速器,要做到结构紧凑,经久耐用,必须兼顾到以下四种要求:齿轮尺寸小、重量轻、材料尽其用和充分的润滑。这些要求是互相联系又彼此制约的,故需针对它们进行讨论,以期得到合理的解决。

Therefore, the gear reducer transmission ratio directly affects the weight of the reducer, the outline size, the choice of gear materials, tooth lubrication and the appearance of the entire machine and so on. The gear reducer, on the other hand, is almost an indispensable part of the modern machinery. Therefore, the research on the transmission ratio distribution becomes very important. For general power transmission gear reducer, to be compact and durable, we must take into account the following four requirements: gear size, light weight, make the best use of materials and adequate lubrication. These requirements are interconnected and mutually restrictive, so we need to discuss them in order to get a reasonable solution.
