目的了解傣族外出或准备外出打工青、壮年人群对性病/艾滋病相关知识的认知情况,为在该人群中开展宣传教育干预工作奠定基础。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对381名年龄在16岁及以上、曾经外出打工过或者有外出打工打算的傣族村民进行调查。结果该人群对传播途径和日常接触的非传播途径的知晓率均达到并超过80%,明显高于国家的要求。但是,对蚊虫叮咬能否传播艾滋病这一问题的正确回答率却低至56.17%。结论应进一步加强对傣族外出或准备外出打工青、壮年人群对性病/艾滋病相关知识培训和提高。
Objectives To understand the cognitive status of Dai people who go out or prepare to go out to work for work, young people to learn about STD / AIDS, and lay the foundation for publicity and education intervention in this population. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 381 Dai villagers aged 16 years and above, who had gone to work or who had planned to go out to work. Results The population’s awareness rate of non-transmission routes of transmission and daily contact reached more than 80%, significantly higher than the national requirements. However, the correct response rate to the problem of mosquito bites spreading AIDS was as low as 56.17%. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the training and improvement of knowledge about STD / AIDS among the migrant workers in Dai who are going out or preparing to go out to work and young adults.
