本文尝试在内生增长理论的框架内探讨全球经济增长的可持续性。尽管全球经济依然低迷且有诸多短期问题亟待解决,但是我们应当意识到,以知识积累和人力资本积累为代表的内生经济动力能够推动经济不断向前。对中国而言,通过实施一系列精心设计的用以提升人力资本和激励创新的政策和规则,持续增长以及向世界知识中心的转变均可实现。在这一过程中,吸引国际性人才至关重要。 This article attempts to explore the sustainability of global economic growth within the framework of endogenous growth theory. Although the global economy is still in the doldrums and there are many short-term problems to be solved urgently, we should realize that the endogenous economic power represented by the accumulation of knowledge and human capital can push the economy forward. For China, sustained growth and a shift to a world knowledge center can be achieved through the implementation of a series of well-designed policies and rules designed to enhance human capital and stimulate innovation. In this process, attracting international talent is crucial.
