学高为师,身正为范,教书育人是教师最基本的任务。培养德智体美劳全面发展的中学生是国家实施素质教育的最终目标。其中,德育最为重要,学校发展,德育先行。但德育工作不是一蹴而就、立竿见影的,这既需要教师的耐心,更需要教师对学生有爱心。本文所讲述的案例就是作为班主任如何针对班级中的问题学生,从学生自身表现入手,分析学生问题存在的原因,进而采取有效措施,用班主任的爱来感化他们,使他们重新回到正常的学习和生活轨道中去的一个典型案例。
Learning as a teacher, being just as a fan, teaching and educating teachers is the most basic task. The cultivation of middle school students with all-round development of moral, mental and aesthetic education is the ultimate goal of implementing quality education in our country.
