国内绕管式换热器被广泛应用于低温甲醇洗、空气分离、LNG、煤基烯烃、炼油重整、加氢裂化及等领域。而在LNG-FPSO领域中尚未得到推广,主要原因在于,与传统的绕管式换热器相比,该类绕管式换热器在材料的选择、结构设计、焊接工艺及计算方法等存在很大的不同点。国内很少开展在该领域的相关关键技术研究,长期以来被国外所垄断。开展相关的关键技术研究尤为迫切,本文对绕管式换热器在LNG-FPSO应用中存在的问题及其解决方案进行了初步探讨,以此来推动国内绕管式换热器在该领域的发展,实现绕管式换热器在LNG-FPSO领域中的国产化。
