随着医疗卫生事业经济管理的不断加强,如何健全和完善医疗卫生单位的资产管理,保证账实相符,有效防止国有资产流失,促进国有资产的保值增值,是医疗卫生单位领导和财务管理者面临的一个重要课题。笔者经过调查,结合卫生系统实际谈谈对加强医疗卫生事业单位资产管理的思考。
