学生因为知识、能力、习惯的不同而存在着很大的差异,因此关注学生个性差异,要因材施教,越来越受到教育者的重视,而分层教学则是一个有效的方法。笔者从“合理分组、恰当要求、分重点辅导”三方面阐述了自己作文分层教学的教学实践。 Because of the difference of knowledge, abilities and habits, students have great differences.
