在石油化学工业中经常遇到一些强腐蚀性液体的输送问题,由于缺乏足够的耐强腐蚀性、密封性可靠的耐腐蚀泵,容易造成环境污染严重,甚至影响工厂的正常生产。我厂广大工人在党委的领导下,组织了三结合的耐酸泵试制小组,以毛主席的哲学思想为武器,克服了重重困难,在各兄弟单位的热情帮助和使用单位的密切配合下,终于试制成功了50FT-35型搪玻璃耐酸泵。经过一年来的试用证明该型泵在规定使用范围内运转可靠,密封性良好,完全达到机械密封标准的要求。现作如下简单介绍。
