张铁锁,笔名半犁,老铁。1954年出生,山西曲沃人。现任山西省委党史办公室主任。省政协委员、省政协文史委兼职副主任、中国书法家协会会员,中国书协编辑出版委员会委员,山西省书法家协会第一副主席,中国书协编辑出版委员会委员。苍劲、古朴,一股大气逼面而来;又有一样洒脱,一种流动之美,一点儿拙,在字里行间渐渐溢出。
Zhang Tie lock, pen name semi-plow, the old iron. Born in 1954, Shanxi Quwo people. Incumbent Shanxi provincial party history office director.
