浙江杭州之江大桥为拱形钢塔斜拉桥,拱形索塔,拉索曲面与主梁形成空间立体感极强的结构造型,施工过程复杂,施工中的质量和安全风险众多。本文以浙江省交通建设科研项目“拱形钢塔斜拉桥建设和养护关键技术研究与工程示范”中的子课题7“基于物联网的大型桥梁建设项目管理以及质量与安全风险防控技术研究”成果为基础,主要论述了之江大桥施工过程中质量与安全风险评估过程,评估结果,防控手册的应用,采用之江大桥建设项目数字化管理系统和之江大桥网络化工程建设安全监管系统进行现场质量和安全风险防控措施执行情况检查等内容。本文的研究成果服务于之江大桥的施工质量与安全控制,为之江大桥的优质建设作出了一定的贡献。
Zhejiang Hangzhou Zhijiang Bridge is an arch-shaped steel tower cable-stayed bridge, arch pylon, cable surface and the main beam to form a strong three-dimensional spatial structure of the model, the construction process is complex, the construction quality and safety risks are numerous. In this paper, Zhejiang Province traffic construction research project “arched steel tower cable-stayed bridge construction and maintenance of key technologies research and engineering demonstration ” sub-topic 7 “based on the Internet of Things large bridge construction project management and quality and safety risk prevention Control technology research ”results, based on the construction of the river bridge in the quality of construction and safety risk assessment process, assessment results, the application of prevention and control manuals, the use of the bridge project digital management system and the River Bridge Network Engineering Construction of safety regulatory system on-site quality and safety risk prevention and control measures to check the implementation of the content. The research results of this paper serve the construction quality and safety control of Zhijiang Bridge and make some contribution to the quality construction of Zhijiang Bridge.
