本文叙述磁刺激法无损伤测量人体神经膜时间常数的原理和方法,并分析了如何避免系统误差的措施,在此基础上,测量了14名受试者臂丛C8和T1神经根的膜时间常数τm。其平均值为204±43μs(M+SD)。文中对τm的测量达到的精度进行了分析。估计平均测量误差为±10μs,已能对病人的τm进行测量。实验中发现τm和其支配的肌肉的灵活程度有关,提示τm的测量不仅对神经系统疾病的诊断有重要意义,而且对运动生理的研究也可能有独特的意义
This paper describes the principle and method of measuring time constant of human neural membrane without damage by magnetic stimulation and analyzes how to avoid systematic error. On this basis, the membrane time of brachial plexus C8 and T1 nerve root in 14 subjects was measured Constant τm. The average value is 204 ± 43 μs (M + SD). The accuracy of τm measurement is analyzed in this paper. The estimated average measurement error is ± 10 μs and the patient’s τm has been measured. The experiment found that τm and its dominated muscle flexibility, suggesting that τm measurement is not only important for the diagnosis of neurological diseases, but also for the study of exercise physiology may have unique significance
