用91对SSR标记对太湖流域94份粳稻品种进行基因组扫描,分析基因组中等位变异偏分布;调查了水稻幼苗的缺氧反应指数,采用TASSEL软件的GLM方法对标记与幼苗耐缺氧能力进行关联分析;并以携带无效等位基因材料表型均值为对照,鉴别出携带有利等位变异的种质。检测到4个与幼苗耐缺氧能力关联的SSR位点。6个SSR优异等位变异为RM311-176bp、RM317-164bp、RM112-127bp、RM20-205bp、RM317-157bp和RM311-170bp,携带上述优异等位变异的品种为镇稻88、白芒糯、开青、有芒早稻、粗秆黄稻和C堡。
Ninety-nine pairs of SSR markers were used to genotype the 94 rice cultivars in the Taihu Lake region to analyze the partial distribution of alleles in the genome. The hypoxia response index of rice seedlings was investigated. The GLASS method of TASSEL software was used to correlate the markers of tolerance to hypoxia in seedlings Analysis; and to carry invalid alleles mean phenotypic material as a control, identified carry the favorable allelic variation germplasm. Four SSR loci associated with hypoxia tolerance of seedlings were detected. The excellent SSRs of the six SSRs were RM311-176bp, RM317-164bp, RM112-127bp, RM20-205bp, RM317-157bp and RM311-170bp. The cultivars with the above excellent allelic variations were Zhendao 88, Baimarnuo, Green, Mans early rice, coarse stalk rice and C Fort.
