输电线路大跨越工程中,跨越塔的结构设计是整个大跨越工程的关键项目之一.本文采用一次二阶矩可靠度理论对大跨越钢管塔进行分析,讨论了影响大跨越钢管塔可靠度的主要因素,在分析其构件可变荷载效应与永久荷载效应比值范围的基础上,结合工程实例,用JC法分析了广东省500 kV台山电厂至香山送电线路工程涯门大跨越塔的构件可靠度.通过平稳随机过程模型,近似假设杆塔主材构件可变荷载效应与永久荷载效应同比例增加,计算出该大跨越塔的构件可靠指标β=2.64.对比常规直线型杆塔结构的可靠度,发现大跨越输电塔的可靠度高于常规直线型杆塔,但仍低于建筑结构可靠度,这一结论需在今后的设计工作中引起足够的重视.
In the large span transmission line project, the structural design of spanning tower is one of the key projects in the whole span engineering.In this paper, the first-order moment reliability theory is used to analyze the large span steel pipe tower, and the reliability of the steel pipe tower with large span is discussed On the basis of analyzing the range of ratio of variable load effect and permanent load effect of component, the paper analyzes the JC component of reliability of components of Yaumen large span overpass from 500 kV Taishan Power Station to Xiangshan Transmission Line Degree.According to the steady stochastic process model, it is approximately assumed that the variable load effect and permanent load effect of the main tower component of the tower increase with the same proportion, and the component reliability index of this large span tower is calculated as β = 2.64.Comparing the reliability of the conventional linear tower structure, It is found that the reliability of the large-span transmission tower is higher than that of the conventional straight-line tower but still lower than the reliability of the building structure. This conclusion needs to be given enough attention in the future design work.
