K-562白血病细胞株肾包膜下移植(SRC)是一种体内测量非实体肿瘤对化疗药物敏感性的方法.本研究用牛纤维蛋白原(F)和牛凝血酶原(T)建立了纤维蛋白凝块法,用于K-562细胞株取得成功.为临床应用白血病和肿瘤性胸腹水的SRC选定最佳条件. (1)K-562细胞纤维蛋白凝块法制备,吸出细胞个数分别为1×10~7和2×10~7K-562细胞RPMI培养液各8管,离心沉淀后弃去上清液.不同管中分别加入F400μl、200μl.20μl、15μl,T 20μl或
