为确保GCr15SiMn轴承钢热处理质量,提高轴承件热加工的可重复性,利用PLC和CC-Link对原生产工艺进行自动化开发,协调生产节拍,并实现热加工温度等参数的自动控制。实际应用表明,开发的自动化热处理生产线效率和品质效益显著,尺寸稳定性好(形变量不超过0.01μm),轴承硬度和韧性得到改善。
In order to ensure the quality of heat treatment of GCr15SiMn bearing steel and improve the repeatability of the thermal processing of the bearing components, the automation of the original production process was developed by using PLC and CC-Link to coordinate the production beats and realize the automatic control of the parameters of the thermal processing temperature. The practical application shows that the developed automatic heat treatment production line has remarkable efficiency and quality benefits, good dimensional stability (the deformation does not exceed 0.01μm), and the hardness and toughness of the bearing are improved.
