对失效的65Mn弹性卡箍进行了化学成分、显微组织、断口形貌等分析,结果表明,失效卡箍材料显微组织粗大,Sn、As含量偏高,导致材料韧性降低,在装配过程中部分卡箍开裂并最终发生沿晶脆性断裂。通过优选卡箍材料和热处理工艺,提高了弹性卡箍的质量,改进后的技术已用于生产。
The chemical composition, microstructure and fracture morphology of failed 65Mn elastic band were analyzed. The results showed that the microstructure of the failed band material was coarse and the contents of Sn and As were high, which led to the decrease of toughness of the material. During the assembly process Some clips cracked and eventually brittle fracture along the crystal. By optimizing the clamp material and heat treatment process to improve the quality of the elastic clamp, the improved technology has been used in production.
