近年来,创业投资(以下简称“创投”)网络已经成为创投研究的前沿热点问题。创投通过网络化发展可以实现信息共享、风险分担,最大限度地为创业企业增值,并提高创投机构自身的绩效。本文在文献梳理的基础上,首先阐述了创投网络研究的起源与发展,然后分别从概念界定、成因、属性、作用和绩效效应几个方面对现有创投网络研究进行了综述,最后在简评创投网络研究现状的基础上对未来研究进行了简要展望。
In recent years, venture capital (hereinafter referred to as “venture capital”) network has become the frontier issue of venture capital research. Through the networked development, venture capital can realize the information sharing and risk sharing, maximize the value of the start-up enterprises and enhance the performance of the venture capital institutions. Based on the literature review, this paper first expounds the origin and development of venture capital network research, and then summarizes the existing venture capital network research from the aspects of concept definition, cause, attribute, effect and performance effect. Finally, On the basis of the research status quo of venture capital network, this paper briefly presents the future research.
