随着经济和科技的快速发展,铝电解生产技术也不断进步,从早期的自焙槽发展到今天的多点进电大型预焙槽,自动化程度不断加深,进行铝电解的效率和经济效益不断提高,也降低了铝电解工业对环境的污染。在铝电解生产加工中,最为重要最关键的设备是铝电解多功能天车,即铝电解多功能机组,铝电解天车能够在高温强磁场、大电流和多粉尘的环境中完成铝电解生产的各个环节和步骤,对于提高铝电解的生产效率具有重要的作用。为此本文针对铝电解多功能天车的电气系统控制组成进行了阐释,并总结了其程序编写的要求,并详述了多功能天车电气系统进行调试的整个过程。
