以三偏磷酸钠为交联剂,合成了羧甲基淀粉钠/马铃薯淀粉交联微球。通过红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜以及吸水率的测定对产物进行了表征。结果表明:交联微球中羧甲基淀粉钠的含量越高,交联微球的吸水率越高。当交联剂用量为6%时,微球的形态和粒径分布最好。
Sodium carboxymethyl starch / potato starch cross-linked microspheres were synthesized by using sodium trimetaphosphate as cross-linking agent. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and water absorption. The results showed that the higher the content of sodium carboxymethyl starch in crosslinked microspheres, the higher the water absorption of crosslinked microspheres. When the amount of crosslinking agent is 6%, the morphology and particle size distribution of microspheres are the best.
