加氢催化剂器外预处理的方法

该发明公开了一种加氢催化剂器外预处理的方法。该方法包括两个步骤。(1)氧化态的加氢催化剂的器外气相预硫化:将氧化态的加氢催化剂加入到硫化反应器中,将硫化气通入硫化反应器中进行硫化反应;(2)硫化态催化剂的气相钝化处理:将经步骤(1)硫化后的硫化态催化剂,加入钝化反应器中,用含氧的钝化气钝化硫化态催化剂。反应条件温和,不会产生飞温现象,硫化均匀,减少了催化剂的积碳量,提高了上硫率,显著地提高催化剂的活性和稳定性,
