通过建立施工升降机结构系统的有限元模型,研究施工升降机附着架的刚度与导轨架位移之间的关系,描绘了典型工况下导轨架的变形曲线,分析了主结构变形曲线的特征,给出了导轨架和附着架的最大应力值,提出了改善结构系统刚度的措施,对附着系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Through the establishment of the finite element model of the construction elevator system, the relationship between the rigidity of the elevator and the displacement of the guide rail was studied. The deformation curve of the rail frame under typical working conditions was described. The deformation characteristics of the main structure were analyzed. The maximum stress value of the guide rail and the attachment frame is put forward. The measures to improve the rigidity of the structural system are put forward, which will be of guiding significance to the design of the attachment system.
