素质教育,从本质来说是以提高国民素质为目标的教育,其研究对象是广泛的。素质教育在我国的出现至今已有30多年,相对于表面的沸沸扬扬,实际的运行之中我们不得不承认这样的事实,那就是“分数是实力的体现”。时代的发展要求我们将素质教育落到实处,再不能口头上强调素质教育,行动上做的又是应试教育。那么,作为一名普通的教育工作者,我们应该如何在课堂中有效地落实素质教育的要求,提高学生各方面素质呢?
Quality education is, in essence, an education aimed at improving the quality of the people, and its research object is extensive. The emergence of quality education in our country has been more than 30 years, relative to the surface uproar, the actual operation of which we have to admit the fact that “the score is the embodiment of strength.” The development of the times requires us to carry out the quality education, we can not emphasize quality education orally, and action-oriented education is exam-oriented. So, as an ordinary educator, how should we effectively implement the requirements of quality education in class to improve the quality of students in all aspects?
