近年来,各级公安交通管理部门开始大规模建设公路车辆智能监测记录系统,公路车辆智能监测记录系统生成了大量的卡口过车数据,如何通过卡口过车数据,定位、发现城市范围内套牌嫌疑车辆,尤其是同品牌同型号的套牌,成为当前城市范围内交通管理工作一个难题。本文提出了基于卡口过车数据,设计了一种新的套牌嫌疑分析方法,并通过案例进行可行性验证。本文首先介绍了公路车辆智能监测记录系统的原理及采集的数据项,然后介绍了套牌嫌疑分析的基本原理和新的设计方法,最后通过数据案例对分析方法进行了论证。
In recent years, the public security traffic management departments at all levels have begun to build a large-scale intelligent monitoring and recording system for road vehicles. The intelligent monitoring and recording system for road vehicles has generated a large amount of bayonet data and how to pass the bayonet data and locate the city- Defective vehicles, especially those with the same brand of the same brand, have become a problem for traffic management in the current urban area. In this paper, a new method of deck suspicious analysis based on bayonet passing data is proposed, and the feasibility is verified through the case. This paper firstly introduces the principle of intelligent monitoring and recording system of highway vehicles and data items collected, then introduces the basic principles and new design methods of the brand suspect analysis, and finally demonstrates the analysis method through the data case.
