激光诱导脉络膜视网膜静脉吻合 (chorioretinal venous anastomosis ,CRVA)为治疗视网膜静脉阻塞 (retinal vein occlusion,RVO)提供了新思路 ;但其成功率受多种因素影响 ,现就激光诱导 CRVA术中 ,激光功率、波长、光斑大小、脉冲时间及视网膜的解剖因素和并发症等对其成功率的影响作一综述。
Laser-induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis (CRVA) provides a new idea for the treatment of retinal vein occlusion (RVO). However, its success rate is affected by many factors. In laser-induced CRVA, the laser power , Wavelength, spot size, pulse time and retinal anatomy and complications such as the impact of its success rate are reviewed.
