我国地产企业如何从传统地产向绿色地产转型,进行绿色创新形成绿色优势是极具重要意义的问题。选择万科和朗诗这两家绿色开发商,梳理其绿色联盟组合构建的情况,并探究联盟伙伴选择、联盟组合宽度和深度是如何影响其绿色创新行为的。研究揭示出联盟组合构建对企业绿色创新行为的内在作用机制,通过案例对比发现联盟伙伴多样化程度高、联盟组合更宽且更深的企业会进行更为激进的绿色创新活动,会更为全面地考虑经济、环境和社会因素,以市场转变为创新目标,实施可持续创新行为。
How the real estate enterprises in our country transition from traditional real estate to green real estate, green innovation to form a green advantage is a very important issue. Choose two green developers, Vanke and Landsea, to chart their green coalition portfolio and explore how coalition partner choices, how the breadth and depth of the coalition portfolio affect their green innovation behavior. The research reveals the inherent mechanism of coalition portfolio building on green innovation behavior of enterprises. By comparing the case examples, it is found that the coalition partners have a high degree of diversification and the coalitions with wider and deeper coalitions will conduct more radical green innovation activities. Considering the economic, environmental and social factors, the market should be transformed into an innovation goal to implement sustainable innovation behavior.
