针对全消光聚酯切片可纺性变差的情况,从消光剂二氧化钛、熔体过滤器切换、原料精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、二氧化钛的研磨调制工艺等方面进行了详细分析。结果表明:二氧化钛研磨调制工艺的调整及使用了进口二氧化钛是引起全消光聚酯切片可纺性变差的主要原因。对于超细纤维用全消光聚酯切片,国产二氧化钛比进口二氧化钛更合适,无论在切片的可纺性、切片b值以及纤维后加工上都具有明显优势。
Aiming at the deterioration of the spinnability of full-matte polyester chips, the maturity of titanium dioxide, matte filter, raw material terephthalic acid (PTA) and titanium dioxide grinding and polishing process were analyzed in detail. The results show that the main reason for the deterioration of spinnability of full-dull polyester chips is the adjustment of titanium dioxide grinding and polishing process and the use of imported titanium dioxide. For ultrafine fiber with full extinction polyester chips, domestic titanium dioxide is more suitable than imported titanium dioxide, both in the slice spinnability, slice b value and fiber processing have obvious advantages.
