背景“十二五”初期,我国有线电视面临着IPTV的严重挑战。目前,有线网络的现状为:以单向为主,网络改造资金缺口较大。如何以较少的投入完成双向改造,以此为支撑实现双向电视和互联网接入业务以应对三网融合,是摆在每个有线电视运营商面前的大事。北京东方广视公司针对这一情况开发了BroadCableTM有线电视网改系统,并在湖北省的部分中小有线网络投入了实际运营。
Background “Twelve-Five ” early, China’s cable television is facing a serious challenge IPTV. At present, the status quo of the wired network is mainly one-way, and there is a large gap in funding for network transformation. How to complete the two-way transformation with less investment as a support for two-way television and Internet access services to cope with triple play is a major event for every cable operator. According to this situation, Beijing Oriental Guangshen Co., Ltd. has developed the BroadCableTM cable television network system and put some actual operation into some medium and small cable networks in Hubei Province.
