我们于1983年7月中旬至8月中旬,对某部冰室进行了卫生学调查,曾先后4次从原材料到成品进行了卫生细菌学检验。其中有原材料、半成品、成品、容器和用具以及各种冷饮煮沸消毒后到上冰机前不同时间的样品共95份。现将检验结果报告如下。方法与结果按照卫生细菌学检验的要求,采集各种类型的标本测定细菌总数和大肠菌群。检验方法系按上海市卫生防疫站1979年编写出版的《卫生防疫检验》中的“冷饮检验”进行的。其结果是按中华人民共和国卫生部颁布的“清凉饮食物管理办法”中的标淮判定的。一、冰室一般卫生及工作人员个人卫生调查结果:该冰室位于城市中心。冰室除正
From mid-July to mid-August 1983, we conducted a hygiene survey of a icehouse and conducted hygiene bacteriological tests four times in raw materials and finished products.
