自国家针对高校毕业生提出了三支一扶工作过计划以来,我国各个地区人社部门清醒认识到这一政策在减缓高校毕业生就业压力、改善农村地区人才匮乏现状方面的重要作用,在工作实践中高度重视这一政策的贯彻落实情况,在一定程度上促使政策得到了更好的发展。本文对如何充分发挥三支一扶政策在新农村建设中的作用进行了分析,希望能够从人社部门的人才管理角度对新农村建设提供相应的支持。
