为了给航天仪器提供一个长期实时的绝对标准,解决航天仪器测量绝对精度低并且长期稳定性下降的问题,介绍了一种采用微机械技术把绝对辐射计微型化的新型光电探测器,把它作为定标基准源引入光谱仪定标系统。通过分析计算,给出了这种可作为定标基准源的微型化绝对辐射计ESR的各项具体设计参数,理论分析证明设计是可行的,目前正处于实现阶段,该新型光电探测器的研制成功将使我国航天仪器的绝对定标精度提高一个量级。
In order to provide aerospace instruments with a long-term, real-time absolute standard and to solve the problem of low absolute accuracy and long-term stability of aerospace instruments, a new type of photodetector using micromechanics to miniaturize an absolute radiometer is introduced as Calibration reference source introduced spectrometer calibration system. Through the analysis and calculation, the specific design parameters of the miniaturized absolute radiometer (ESR), which can be used as a calibration reference, are given. The theoretical analysis proves that the design is feasible and is currently in the realization stage. The development of the new photodetector Success will improve the absolute calibration accuracy of China’s aerospace equipment by one order of magnitude.
