目的了解空气净化消毒器对室内空气的消毒效果。方法采用YKJ.F1200型空气净化器对供应室无菌间进行消毒,于消毒前、后及进人后进行动态监测。结果消毒前室内空气细菌数为220 cfu/m3,开机消毒60 min,细菌数(32±10.69)cfu/m3,动态操作60 min细菌数为(24±13.87)cfu/m3;紫外线消毒空气中的细菌数为(59±23.71)cfu/m3,动态操作60 min细菌数为(202±17.34)cfu/m3。两组总细菌数对比差异有非常显著性(t=2.528,P<0.01)。结论使用空气净化器消毒优于紫外线消毒。即使是在动态情况下也未超过国家标准。空气消毒器解决室内动态连续消毒问题提供了可行的方法〔1〕。
Objective To understand the disinfection of indoor air disinfection effect. Methods YKJ.F1200 air purifier was used to sterilize the sterile room in the supply room, and dynamic monitoring was performed before, after and after the disinfection. The total number of bacteria in the two groups was significantly different (t = 2.528, P <0.01). Conclusion The use of air cleaner disinfection is better than UV disinfection. Even under dynamic conditions did not exceed the national standard. Air disinfection chamber to solve the problem of continuous dynamic disinfection provides a viable method [1].
