本文研究了不同月龄Wistar大鼠坐骨神经、尾神经传导速度、动作电位幅度、时程及绝对不应期的变化。研究发现。二条神经干的传导速度均随增龄增加,至成年期达到峰值,以后随增龄均有不同程度的降低,尾神经的这种变化有显著性差异。动作电位幅度亦在成年期达到峰值,待老年期又有不同程度的减小。动作电位时程从幼年到成年逐渐缩短,成年期后又延长或相对恒定。绝对不应期随大鼠生长逐渐缩短,成年期后常无明显变化。
In this paper, the changes of sciatic nerve, caudal nerve conduction velocity, action potential amplitude, duration and absolute refractory period were studied in Wistar rats of different ages. The study found. The conduction velocity of the two neural stems increased with age, peaked in adulthood, and then decreased with age to some extent. This change in caudate nerves was significantly different. The range of action potentials also reaches its peak in adulthood and will be reduced to different extents in old age. Time course of action potentials is gradually shortened from infancy to adulthood, prolonged or relatively constant after adulthood. Absolute refractory period gradually decreased with the growth of rats, often without significant changes after adulthood.
