目的对比分析高千伏X射线胸片与CT对尘肺的诊断价值。方法回顾分析50例尘肺的高千伏X射线胸片及CT资料。结果对比分析表明CT比X射线平片能够更加客观和准确地发现肺内病变。CT无论在尘肺的早期诊断还是在肺内大阴影的确定以及尘肺合并症的判断方面均优于X射线平片。结论对于高千伏X射线平片难以确定的可疑病例应进行CT检查,CT可以弥补高千伏X射线胸片的不足,二者结合能显著提高尘肺诊断的准确性。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of high kV X-ray and CT in pneumoconiosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of pneumoconiosis high kV X-ray and CT data. The results of comparative analysis showed that CT than X-ray film can be more objective and accurate detection of lung lesions. CT is better than X-ray plain film in the early diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, the determination of large shadow in the lung and the judgment of pneumoconiosis. Conclusions CT scanning should be performed on suspicious cases with high kV radiographs. CT can make up for the deficiency of high kV radiographs. The combination of the two can significantly improve the accuracy of pneumoconiosis diagnosis.
