目的研究巴戟甲素(DFM)在大鼠小肠不同肠段中的吸收差异。方法在不同肠段的肠管外翻模型中加入DFM 1 mg/mL的Krebs液,在不同时间点取样并以HPLC-ELSD法测定囊内药物浓度,比较各小肠段对DFM吸收的差异性。结果 DFM在不同肠段均有吸收,其吸收速度常数(ka)分别按照回肠、十二指肠、空肠的顺序下降。结论 DFM在大鼠小肠各个肠段的吸收无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference in absorption of batroxodermin (DFM) in different intestinal segments of rat small intestine. Methods The Krebs solution of 1 mg/mL DFM was added to the bowel valgus model in different bowel segments. The concentration of the drug in the capsule was determined by HPLC-ELSD at different time points. The difference of DFM absorption in each small intestine segment was compared. Results DFM was absorbed in different intestinal segments. The absorption rate constant (ka) decreased in the order of ileum, duodenum, and jejunum, respectively. Conclusion There was no significant difference in the absorption of DFM in intestinal segments of rats (P>0.05).
